NOVA is an annual entrepreneurship competition led by high school students for high school students. We welcome all international and bilingual schools in Taiwan to attend NOVA in person at Taipei American School.
Our vision is to inspire and train future entrepreneurs and leaders to take charge of solving societal issues.
NOVA provides students practical entrepreneurship knowledge and skills by teaching them how to identify a real world problem, develop an innovative solution, create a rapid prototype, and pitch to potential investors.
No prior experience or knowledge in entrepreneurship is required. We encourage any student who is interested in business or entrepreneurship to participate in this valuable learning experience.
We invite prominent figures from various industries as our mentors, judges and guest speakers. Past examples include Jaime Cham, co-founder of PicCollage, Bruce Bateman, CEO at QO+, and Jay Cheng, co-founder of Wemo Scooter.
